NTA NEET UG 2026 Admit Card / Exam City Update

The admit card is only an exam entry document. Admission is subject to NEET UG result, counselling, eligibility verification, category/reservation rules, document verification and the rules of the concerned counselling authority or institution.

NTA NEET UG 2026 Admit Card / Exam City Update is available for candidates of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2026. Candidates should use the official NTA NEET portal or the official Examination Services login to download the provisional admit card and check the latest city/update instructions. The original NEET UG 2026 examination was scheduled on 03 May 2026, and the page also carries updates related to present address and exam city details from 15 May 2026 to 21 May 2026. The updated/re-exam date shown for candidates is 21 June 2026. Candidates must login with their application number, password and security pin where required. The admit card should be checked carefully for name, roll number, exam centre, reporting time, photograph, signature and exam-day instructions. A printed admit card, valid photo identity proof and any documents mentioned in the NTA instructions should be carried to the exam centre. Candidates should follow only the official NTA NEET website and official notices for any correction, city update, admit card, answer key or result related information.

Eligibility summary: Passed or appearing in 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English as per the NEET UG 2026 information bulletin and eligibility codes. Candidate must be born on or before 31 December 2009. There is no upper age limit.
